in the episode i just watched, the doctor was fiddling with rose's cellphone and used the term "jiggery-pokery.

" i'm pretty sure that's what he said.

what does that term mean?

The bride episode was our Xmas Special. Theres a scene at the end that was filmed at the end of my street in Chiswick, The Dr goes dubby and refuses Christmas Dinner "oh no I don't do things like that..." Then hes asked about rose and cracks up crying b4 shooting off.

I watched that Episoded Christmas Day all alone in my house, having told the only person I've ever really loved to go away, stay away and leave me alone for ever two days earlier. It had me blubbing my eyes out.

All the ex dubs I've ever met have had a really good SOH, Mind you there are one or two on here whose faces would crack if they dared to even smile.

Q. As footstep followers of christ are dubs allowed to laugh seeing as theres not one mention of Jesus ever cracking a joke, not even a fart one.

tonight i got through to the karaoke final out of 8 folks ...next week there is another 8...the prize is 500.....woo hoo........if i win...cool.....but the buzz of getting to the final is good.....any folks want to come and see the final nearby......i would love the backing.........da karaokeninja

i once did a school assignment on what was basically the parable of the prodigal son, only it wasnt that.

someone mentioned to me the other day about going door to door back when i was a jw.

"weren't you scared to do something like that, knock on a stranger's door?

actually it's been so long that i had almost forgotten.

I was once "egged" A car drove past, i felt a pain in my back and thought i had been punched in the back by someone, looked behind and there was no one there, then the sister i was with pointed out i had egg dripping down the back of my suit.

Then there was the time the house own opened the door stark naked with a hard on.

As a child I remember calling on a spiritualist with my mum, I can't remember what he said but i know I left the house terrified and had to be taken home.

I once did a school assignment on what was basically the parable of the prodigal son, only it wasn’t that. I’m sure my talk was about a king and his son. I seem to remember making a point of the fact that although the son was scared to go back to his father his father swallowed his pride and arranged to meet him half way.

The parable of the prodigal son talks about the father seeing his son away off and going to meet him but I'm sure the scripture I gave a talk on talked about the father discussing meeting half way and that the son was afraid / ashamed to go back.

Does anyone know what I’m talking about ? Is there a similar story about a king that met his son half way, or is my memory messed up?

If you know what I’m talking about do you know the scriptures?
